Your flowers are NOT sent out, the preservation is done in my home.

It is essential that your fresh flowers and bouquets are picked up as soon as possible after your special occasion. The fresher the flowers, the better they will preserve. 

Preserving your flowers requires good planning. Please call 906-466-2578 to set up a time to deliver your flowers to us or for us to pick up your arrangement.

Fresh Flower Care

• 1. DO NOT place your fresh flowers in a freezer and DO NOT let your flowers freeze.

• 2. If flowers or bouquets have stems, cut ¼ inch off the bottom of the stems and place in a vase of water. If the stems are wrapped with ribbon, try to avoid the water touching the ribbon as much as possible.

• 3. If the flower stems are inserted into a green floral foam, moisten the foam with water.

• 4. Store the flowers in a refrigerator until the fresh flowers are picked up or shipped. 

• 5. Keep out of direct sun and heat.
  

Pick Up Service:
Forever In Time provides FREE pick up service on Sundays in the Central Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin areas. MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. Please call 906-466-2578 to find out if you are in our service area and to make arrangements to have your flowers picked up. The following information is necessary for our flower pick up service:

Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone number of person who will be in charge of handling the flowers at time of pick up.

Shipping Fresh Flowers:
Please call Forever In Time, (906) 466-2578 to let us know you will be shipping your fresh flowers to us. You will need to make a deposit of $50.00 by Paypal or check when shipping your flowers. Jewelry orders to be paid in full.

Shipping your FULL bouquet:
Use an Insulated Plastic Cooler to ship your fresh flowers to us. Place bouquet in a plastic bag large enough for bouquet to fit (a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag works well). Blow air into the bag and twist tie the bag shut. DO NOT put wet paper towel in the bag, just the flowers! Place bouquet in cooler. Add some crushed tissue on top of plastic bag. Tape the Cooler Lid shut with Duct Tape. Place Shipping Label on top of box with clear tape.

You will need to ship the flowers OVERNIGHT via PARCEL POST EXPRESS, UPS NEXT DAY AIR or FEDEX NEXT DAY AIR.

Shipping individual flowers: (for jewelry)
I don’t need a lot of flowers to make a jewelry piece. What you want to send is a flower of each color you want in your piece, they don‘t need to be perfect. Example: If you have a lime, pink and white bouquet…send 1 or 2 flowers of each color. Choose one or two of each color flower. Cut off stems. Place the flowers into a zip-lock baggie. (NO wet tissue, just the flowers) Place the baggie into a box. You can place tissue around the baggie.

Shipping individual flowers:(for embedments)
Follow the same instructions for jewelry. BUT….be sure to pick flowers that are in perfect condition. Different colors doesn’t matter, it’s the individual flowers you want embedded. Once I receive the flowers, I will contact you to let you know what size embedments will accommodate your flowers.
