Please email me, tammy@foreverintime.org to let us know you will be shipping your fresh flowers.
Shipping your FULL bouquet:
Place your bouquet in a plastic bag, (a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag works well). Blow air into the bag and twist tie the bag shut. DO NOT put wet paper towel in the bag, just the flowers! Place the plastic bag/bouquet in a box. You can add packing peanuts, tissue or newspaper to fill in around the bouquet, so it's not bouncing around. Then ship it off to me. Be sure to put your name, address, phone number, email in the box too!! I'd recommend priority mail. UPS or FEX-EX is fine too. You don't need to do overnight, they won't guarantee it for the area I live. 2nd day works, your flowers will be fine. But please ship them as soon as possible.
The most important thing, is for me to get the flowers. You can decide later what you want made.

Shipping individual flowers:
I don't use the stems, so you can cut the flowers off, leave a 1/2 inch or so. Also, I don't charge per flower, I would rather you send extra, so later we know we have enough when deciding what you want made. Place the flowers into ziplock bags/baggies. DO NOT put in any wet paper towel in the baggie, just the flowers. Then place the bag/baggies into a box. You can add packing peanuts, tissue or newspaper to fill in, so they aren't bouncing around. Then ship them off to me. Be sure to put your name, address, phone number, email in the box too!!! I recommend priority mail, the USPS has flat rate boxes, so shipping is inexpensive. You can also use UPS or FED-EX. No need to do overnight, it's expensive and they won't guarantee it to my area. 2nd day works, your flowers will be fine. But please ship them as soon as possible.

When I receive the flowers, I will contact you either by phone or email to let you know they are safe. I do have to preserve them first, which takes a few weeks. Then once they are preserved, we can work together to decide what you want made.
